A nano brewery in the heart of Prince Edward County Ontario Canada.

We are Bernard and Joanna, and this is our passion project. Joanna was born and raised in the County and Bernard grew up in Belleville. Married for 30 years, we have always strived to have our own business. When Bernard started making beer as a hobby, an idea was born. He educated himself and, with the knowledge and encouragement of other local brewers, our dream was realized. With a love for beer, combined with Bernard’s background as a chef and Joanna’s experience in retail management and sales, we create flavourful beer from our own garage.

At Garage Time Brewing, we specialize in creating unique brews in a variety of styles. All of our products are made utilizing natural and locally sourced ingredients as much as possible. We take pride in using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients to create our signature brews. Our beer is crafted with care and attention to detail, resulting in an exceptional drinking experience.

Certain varieties of our beer are aged in oak barrels that have been previously used for tequila, bourbon, and wine. This gives our beer a distinct and complex flavour profile that sets them apart from other brews.
