Margarita gose (sold out)

It’s a margarita! It’s a beer! Lime, sour, tart and salty, it’s both. This version has sweet tangerine added as well! Poolside, on the beach or at the cottage, this is the beer you want for those hot summer days.

Jalapeño Margarita gose

All the flavours of our original margarita but with jalapeño! With a nose and taste of fresh jalapeño peppers and just a hint of spiciness!

Leo’s michelada

While on vacation in Mexico, we were introduced to this savoury delight by our good friend Leonel. Touted as a “hangover cure”, each area of Mexico has their own variation. This is our homage to Leo! This salty, spicy and savoury beer keeps you going in for another taste! Enjoy on its own or rim a glass with Tajín and mix with Clamato.

Serendipity session ipa

Serendipity: An unplanned yet fortunate discovery. What was thought to be an unfortunate mistake turns out to be a really good sessionable beer! Lightly sweet, with the taste of red grapefruit that’s balanced with a lingering bitterness.

A classic Bohemian Pilsner with a rich, bready malt aroma complemented by spicy, floral notes. Delightfully balanced with a smooth, slightly sweet malty character and a gentle palate cleansing bitterness. Hints of toasty biscuit and hop spice, it finishes crisp & clean.

GTA

Our house beer, Garage Time Ale. A nice, easy drinking beer that is crisp, light and refreshing. Spicy and floral notes.

jumbleberry sour

Effervescent with a deep pink hue, reminiscent of candy floss. The fruity aroma of berry tickles the nose. Bubbly, tart and sour with a little zing. Tastes of field berries, citrus and a hint of cherry that will please your taste buds.

county cascade Ipa

With citrusy aromas of lemon, lime, grapefruit and light notes of passionfruit, this beer goes down smooth with a great balance of caramel flavour and floral notes. There is a bite of hoppiness in the finish.

die werkstatt bierhaus copper altbier

Our homage to the rich brewing tradition of Dusseldorf, Germany. This classic Altbier (old beer) is characterized by its deep amber, copper hue. Crisp & clean, it offers a complex malt profile, featuring notes of toasted nuts, freshly baked bread, and a hint of caramel sweetness. It finishes clean & dry , and refreshingly balanced. A perfect blend of old-world German style and Prince Edward County ingenuity - a toast to Oktoberfest. Prost!

the long haul - FLanders bourbon red ale

A testament to patience and passion, The Long Haul is a unique Flanders Red Ale. This beer embarks on a long journey, aging in bourbon barrels to develop a complex profile. Expect rich, red wine like notes mingling with tart cherries, luscious vanilla, and sublte oak. An intricate balance of sour fruit and bourbon warmth makes every sip a rewarding destination.

Hibernating Mechanic Dark Lager (sold out)

Rich & creamy, with dark malt flavour & light sweetness. Notes of brown sugar and caramel, finishing bittersweet with just a hint of char.

Rye Not? Rye & ginger Beer

Make a ginger beer and age it in a rye barrel for a year. Rye Not? Aromas and flavours of a rye and ginger cocktail, with a little vanilla and oak for the barrel. A tasty beverage for sure!
